New Patients at Alive & Free Chiropractic
We look forward to welcoming you and your family to Alive & Free Chiropractic! We want to make the process as streamlined and stress-free as possible—once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send you a link to complete your new patient paperwork online. You can submit it to us from your phone or computer, so there’s nothing to print or bring with you.
STEP 1: Consultation
Our goal at this stage is two-fold: first, we want to understand what’s going on with your or your child’s health by diving deep into past and current health history; second, we want you to feel heard, understood and validated in your concerns.
STEP 2: Test, Don’t Guess
Safe, non-invasive INSiGHT® nervous system scans include heart rate variability (HRV), surface electromyography (sEMG) and thermal scans to assess the health and function of the nervous system and identify areas that need to be addressed.
This stage will also include hands-on testing, and, for adults who are not pregnant, may include X-rays.
STEP 3: Care Plan
Based on your assessments, we will design a care plan to help you achieve your specific health and wellness goals. Your care plan is unique and personalized to you.
STEP 4: Report of Findings
This is where we sit down and explain everything we’ve found, our care plan recommendations—including frequency of care—and answer every one of your questions.
STEP 5: Adjustments
When you’re ready to begin, we’ll work with safe, gentle chiropractic adjustments to relieve all that stress and tension in the nervous system that’s been undermining your or your child’s health.

We strive to make getting the care your family needs accessible and affordable. We encourage families to use their HSA or FSA, and accept all major credit cards. We also offer family plans, CareCredit® and discounts for first responders and military personnel.
